Before filling up the form, be prepared with the following certificates.
- SSLC / 10th Marks Card – To enter registration number and date of birth.
- 12th/ 2nd PUC Marks Card – (in case of previous year students).
- All reservation certificates for entering RD number/caste (category, income, creamy layer certificate (NCLC), Hyderabad-Karnataka (HK) certificates.
- Details studied in Karnataka.
- Latest passport size photograph of the candidate in .jpg format (maximum 50 KB size).
- Signature of the candidate in .jpg format (maximum 50 KB size).
Before Filling Application, Please be ready with following Certificates.
